Anywhere from 90 bpm-200bpm

Come prepared and with a great attitude.

I was looking at the DC-11. Is their any difference between the DC-11 and the DC-20? Just asking because we used the DC-20 on my line this year.
Thanks. Afro

Hey Guys!  Like a week to go im pumped!  I dont know if this has been adressed already but for the auditions...
1. Do we bring our own snare?
2. If I do bring my snare will the audition be mostly on stands? My harness is configured for a tilt and id rather not mess with changing it becasue its a pain lol id just bring it for transportation
3. I have a pair of DC-11s but they are unmatched and thye were the last pair in the store ='[ would it be cool if i play with a pair of DC-1s if they are matched?  But ill bring both

thanks, im in school and about to take a calculus test lol so peace out guys

You are not required to bring your own snare.  But, if you would like to bring your own snare, feel free.  We do not wear the drums during the audition process. We will be on stands. Feel free to play with the sticks that you feel comfortable with. There are no stick requirements. Thanks and glad that you are looking forward to the weekend.  We are too!

I take it would be a good idea to bring the sticks you use though, and practice with them to get used to the feel.

That is a personal choice. If you want to buy them, please feel free.  I personally had never played with the stick until coming to CR and I really liked them.  The stick has a great feel and rebound to it.

My personal recommendations (not requirements) to bring:
Music
Sticks
Ear Plugs
Pencil (for notes/changes/etc)
Positive Attitude
Willingness to learn

Good Luck to everyone auditioning next weekend.
