As many of you know, the corps song was written towards the end of the 2004 season, based on the Doxology hymn.  Many of us may not realize it as it was before our time, but the Doxology didn't appear in CRs repertoire for the first time in 2004; In fact, it appeared in 2000 towards the end of the show that year.  So, I think it's cool that the corps song was written to this, a hymn that has appeared in our short history more than once.

"...and lead us on to journey's end."

Yup, this is true. There was a doxology lick in the closer in 2000 "Make his praise glorious"

Definetley cool

I am actually in the process of arrainging a sweet version of the doxology.  At least, I think it's sweet Wink  but I was hoping to bring it to one of the camps and see if it sounds good and if everyone likes it.
