I was wondering if there was any chance of Capital Regiment coming back to compete in 2009. Any response would be nice. Thanks for reading.

It was announced last night at Artistry in Motion that Capital Regiment will be active in 2009! Here is the link to the press release.

That's cool.  Bring as many friends as you can that are interested in marching drum corps.  At the moment, the initial breakdown of what we're looking for is:

64 Brass
17 Battery
10 Pit
36 Guard
2 Conductors

The sooner the spots are filled the more successful the corps will be.  If you're interested, make plans to attend our November Audition Camp.  Info on that will be posted soon.

This is the best news I've heard in a long time. It really made my day! Remember if you are planning on attending camp, bring a friend! Better yet, bring two!

i think usually the rule in the past has been upon coming back you had to do the season as div2/3 but at finals could chose to jump into div 1, so the first year had to be div 2/3,... i'm not sure if thats correct or if it is if they still do that or not, but that was my understanding
