I know

I most likely will be coming up in January. It all depends if I can get a baritone from my school to learn on. If I can, I should be able to learn pretty quick. I've played trombone before, three of my friends from down here will be marching CR, and my dad is one of the marching/brass guys for our school. I hope I can see you guys in January!!!

Yea, I'll try to talk to G and see if you can use a baritone. There should be one or two crappy ones in the back. Not sure. Learning the baritone is easy. Learning trumpet is excruciatingly hard, especially if you haven't played any other brass instruments. For some odd reason I find playing the trumpet easier than the baritone, but that's just me.

Go.  You never know until you go.  It actually kills me that I won't be able to go to any of the camps, due to cash deficiency.

Just go.  Good luck! Grin

Thanks for all the support guys! I am working on trying to get a horn to practice on and make it up there in January. However, I am probably not going to blow anyone away skill wise until maybe February, because I will have more time to practice!!

BTW, the little dysfunctional hornline family is going to get a lot worse.... lol, we kids from L-town are crazy! Nah, jk. We're all funny kids. Especially Mark (Waldo) and CJ. You guys will meet them in January!
