I was wondering, along with my mom; do we recieve any sort of reply to the application before the November camp? Or do we just show up?

Thanks!

If I remember correctly, we don't receive a reply to the RSVP. Pit hopefuls are always good to hear from!

Heard from other vets that November camp is that weekend before Thanksgiving (20-22). I wasn't around this time last year so I'm just going off of what other people are saying, but I haven't seen it officially posted anywhere? Has anyone else?

One more question.
So, of course this all depends on my acception to Capital U, and the corp....but were any of you incoming freshmen to college during the tour? How do you deal with that? I'm thinking orientation and all that stuff is during or directly after tour...but I'm not sure, I emailed my admissions person at Cap but she hasn't gotten back yet. Any info would be wonderful!

My son marched this past year and he is currently attending Capital. They had an orientation session in May that he attended. He had to miss part of a camp but that was better than missing move-ins. Of course it may not conflict this year. Just keep checking with them and sign up as soon as you are able. Good Luck!

I was able to reschedule my orientation for May (I go to Michigan) when I told them I was going to be traveling for the summer. Try to get the earliest orientation possible or else you're not guaranteed anything.

Great thanks! I just found out about the May orientation. Is your son trying out again? What does he play? Just curious.

He plays trumpet. Looks like he may not be back next year. Needs to work to earn some money. He may be back later. Good Luck at auditions!
