I think we sounded really great on the finals recording, even more so than we did at other venues. I think I have found out why. When Frank Dorritie (drum corps icon and 2 time grammy award winning audio engineer) was asked what the acoustical challenges at Lucas Oil were he said that Lucas Oil wasn't like a dome, "“but more like an airplane hangar with extremely tall sides with highly reflective characteristics.”
